Sweet little hotel for a bargain price. Receptionist was welcoming. The rooms were extra clean. Dove soap, body wash, hand lotion, conditioner and shampoo is complimentary. The pool is warm and it’s not unkempt. Hot tub is a bonus! Free breakfast is the cherry on top, loads of options (cheesy omelet, fruits, fresh juice, pancakes, pastries, cereal, etc.) great stay overall
We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bernadette (working the front desk overnight) is so very sweet and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express in Milford is in a really convenient spot right off 495, close to some shopping areas and the Milford Regional Hospital/Dana Farber Cancer Center. The hotel is currently under renovation, which seems to be pretty common for HIE properties lately. Parking is a bit tight because of all the construction containers out back, but otherwise it’s easy to get in and out. The staff was friendly and helpful overall, but I did think it was a little odd that my credit card and ID were taken into an office during check-in, and they asked for the names of any additional guests. I’ve stayed at plenty of IHG hotels and have never been asked that before. The renovated rooms are nice and clean — definitely an improvement. The older rooms are fine for a night or two, just nothing special, kind of a step up from a Motel 6. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you need to be in the area. Once the renovations are done, it’ll probably be a much better experience.
We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently. When we entered our room I was surprised to see a perfectly clean and tidy room. It was small but lacked nothing. There was a decent sized refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was spotless as was the rest of the room. My husband and I both slept through the night on a very comfortable bed. The staff was also a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely go back!!
This is a great affordable hotel close to 495 with easy access to Boston. Close to many restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations, and more. Rooms are very clean, they have an excellent pool & hot tub. FREE complimentary breakfast which is quite good. Coffee maker & microwave in every room. Staff are lovely and very friendly & helpful. The only bad thing is limited parking near the front.
Currently be redecorated, we had a new room that was very nice. Tubs have been removed and replaced with a nice walk-in shower. Our room had a king bed, chase lounge, desk, large flat screen TV, built in luggage rack and small closet.
New renovatations = clean rooms which is everything when staying away from home. Also convenient to interstate, stores, and restaurants.
